ABOUT ME
My story of becoming a trainer isn't the typical one that you hear from most trainers. I got my Master's degree from the University of Economics in Prague and spent 10 years working in HR for international companies.
However, sitting in an office for 8 or more hours a day didn't make me happy, so I started looking for fulfillment in my free time and I found it in fitness.
THE TURNIN POINT CAME WITH POLE DANCE
I was training intensely and became fascinated by how the human body works. Since I wanted a concrete goal to focus on, I decided to start with pole dancing. Thanks to my background and preparation from the gym, I was able to achieve results which I never thought were possible for my body.
This motivated me so much that I left the corporate world behind to pursue the career of a personal trainer full-time. I became a certified functional trainer, completed several additional courses, and I continue to expand my education constantly.
Each of us possesses far greater potential than we even know.

Personal Training
1,000 CZK / HR
- Hourly price for the basic package; further details available upon request.
- Individual training sessions customized to your goals, capabilities, and lifestyle.
- Sparing sessions for 2 people are also available.
Additional Services
- 3-Month Meal Plan - 3 000 CZK
- Fitness or Nutrition Coaching - 2 000 CZK / hr
- Customized Training Plan (1 month) - 2 000 CZK
